Chadwick boasts 37 years of experience in the food industry, 26 of which have been dedicated to his craft as a certified baker (CMB). Described in an Inc. Magazine article as a culinary genius, Chadwick possesses the remarkable ability to conjure intricate recipes from memory.

As a globally recognized expert in Gluten Free cuisine, Chadwick's expertise extends to a profound understanding of ingredient functionality. He is most renowned for his pivotal role in co-founding Udi’s Gluten Free Foods, a venture that was acquired by Boulder Brands (now Con Agra) in 2012.

Since 2012, Chad has traveled the world searching for unique starches that will allow gluten free breads to replicate those products with gluten.

At Chad’s new company Nepra, they produce unique gluten free flours that work in the making of breads, croissants, bagels, pretzels, muffins and more. Some of these products are depicted in the photos in this flyer.

Chadwick’s is also focused on promoting hemp as a sustainable agricultural product for the betterment of the earth and its human population. Nepra’s new egg replacer can be used for gluten free breads, muffins, cakes, as well as mousses and meringues.
