Our Story & Legacy
Founded by Vic Rose in 2012, CuisineU (formerly Cured Cuisine) has a rich history as a trusted partner in culinary development. For over a decade, we've had the privilege of working with some of the most respected names in the culinary world. Chefs from the kitchens of culinary icons like Morimoto, Eric Ripert, Emeril, Michael White, Jeremy Ford, Anne Quatrano, Susan Spicer, David Burke, Disney Chefs, Michael Tusk, and many more have consistently participated in our programs, a testament to the quality and relevance of our offerings.
Beyond individual chefs, CuisineU has also delivered private classes for esteemed organizations such as Ritz Carlton and Wegmans Grocery Markets, and conducted R&D workshops for global food giants like Nestlé. With workshops presented in over 26 cities, our expertise is widely recognized and sought after within the culinary community.
