Cuisine U, formerly known as Cured Cuisine, was founded by Vic Rose. Cuisine U has hosted culinary classes nationwide in over 26 cities, offering engaging one day and two-day hands-on sessions. Our accomplished chefs include Didier Rosada, Hari Cameron, John Arena, Craig Diehl, Eamon Rockey, Francois Brunet, David Bouska, Geronimo Lopez, David Pietranczyk, Chadwick White, Hiroo Nagahara, Sandor Katz, Rich Shih, Liwei Liao, Farmer Lee Jones, Jamie Simpson, Danny Childs, Jeremy Umansky, Giancarlo Schiano, Dom Tolomeo, Bryan Butler, and Evan Inatome.
Since 2012, Cuisine U has conducted classes in various cities such as San Francisco, Los Angeles, Portland, Denver, Salt Lake City, Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, Kansas City, Indianapolis, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Charleston, Savannah, Nashville, Boston, New York City, Chicago, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, and many others. These classes have attracted renowned chefs from local scenes as well as television programs like Hell’s Kitchen, Taste, Chopped, and Top Chef. Moreover, nationally recognized culinary figures such as David Burke, Morimoto, Michael White, Emeril Lagasse, Bradley Ogden, Michael Tusk, Iron Chefs, Kevin Rathbun, Kent Rathbun, Anne Quatrano, Eric Ripert, Linton Hopkins, Dean Fearing, Greg and Gabrielle Denton, Michael Schwartz, Norm Van Aken, among others, have either sent their chefs to our classes or personally attended them.
